Japanese winter dinner
Do you know 'nabe'? 'nabe' is Japanese popular dinner in winter. 'nabe' means a dish cooked in a pot at the table. There are some nappa cabbage, welsh onion, chichen, marine products and other vegetables.
I had 'yu-tofu' tonight. Do you know 'yu-tofu'. That is the Kyoto cuisine, vegetarian diet dish. 'to-fu' is 'beans curd' in English. So 'yu-tofu' means ' boiled beans curd' in Einglish. That makes us hot, so we don't need any heater in winter when having 'nabe', and 'yu-tofu' makes us healthy very much, Japanese diet food. Have you ever tried 'yu-tofu' before? I reccomend you to have that some day if you would like to be on a diet.
Please reccomend me the most popular dishes at you place!
